Medical marijuana saved his life, but is somehow also ruining it. Chaz Moore is 17 and is one of about 50 people in the world diagnosed with myoclonus diaphragmatic flutter. This is a very rare decease that causes muscle spasms that can recur dozens of times per day. The horrible disease makes Chaz speak in hiccups, one syllable at a time. After many years of going from emergency room to emergency room and from hospital to hospital, looking for a medicine that would help, it finally came out that marijuana is the only suited medicine in his case. Chaz lives in Colorado Springs and had to enroll in an online school because he is not allowed to use marijuana anywhere but at home. It might sound cool to some of you to be forced to sit at home with a pipe full of marijuana and follow online classes, but Chaz feels like as if he is on house-arrest. Read his story.

After following a lecture on the dangers of marijuana, an eight-grader from Cuthbertson Middle School in Waxhaw (this hellhole) pulled a prank on a class mate with a bag of oregano. Sounds like a typical harmless kids joke to me. Reaction from the school 'officials'? 55 days suspension. WTF? On what charge? "possessing illegal or counterfeit drugs and "misuse of chemical/material (organic or otherwise) that causes or is purported to cause a hallucinogenic/mind altering effect." Holy crap. Do these people really take themself seriously? Yes, they do. I see Cuthbertson Middle School is part of the 'Union County Public Schools' which is advertising for that 'Spice' crap, so I guess they just don't want competition. Smart move...

Spannabis..! Upcoming weekend the biggest and most important cannabis fair will be held again in Barcelona, Spain. From Friday till Sunday business centre Fira de Cornellá will be totally packed with numerous exhibitors presenting their latest products and inventions and thousands and thousands of visitors will visit this fantastic cannabis event. We all remember Barack Obama, back when he was elected for president in 2008, promising 'he would put an end to Bush’s raids on suppliers of medicinal marijuana.'  He insisted that these laws should be dealt with by the local and state governments.

Now in 2011, with only three years of presidency so far, Obama has allowed so many raids on medicinal marijuana dispensaries that he is well on his way to break Bush’s record for marijuana busts.

Hereby we would like to declare Barack Obama the worst president ever for medicinal marijuana.
