Man slaughters his own dog

This weekend a French tourist (28) slaughtered his own dog.

The man was found by the police in his van in the center of Amsterdam (Herengracht). The man was naked and covered in blood. He killed his own dog in his van with a knife and scissors. The man explained he tried to liberate the dog's spirit. The police said he had used marijuana and magic mushrooms that day.

This is already the 4th incident with magic mushrooms (well, at least the mushrooms are blamed for it...) in a very short period. At the moment the Dutch government is trying to outlaw magic mushrooms, so incidents like this are probably pretty much welcomed by the government...
