"Because of a mere stick of weed and two grams of dried marijuana leaves, a retired Philippine Navy serviceman will lose 13 years of freedom after he was found guilty of possessing such illegal substances."
Just a reminder that Reefer Madness still exists in a lot of places. Damn, 13 years for 2 g! I have about 3+ grams lying on my desk right now; that would put me away for decades over there. Hail Amsterdam!
