Seen another version of this where you make the rocket but also make a fat cone the same way you make a tulip head but trimming off all the spare paper to leave the cone shape. Then roll the rocket seriously conical so the fat end is the same diameter as the cone you have and join them with the gum strip from the paper. Final step say goodbye to the world as you know it and ignite :)
