Green beard makes easy arrest

Green beard makes easy arrest

"The police had little difficulty pinpointing a man accused of selling drugs in a city centre pub, a court heard. When officers attended the Angel, in Crossgate, Durham, on June 21 last year, they soon spotted Daniel Eric Robert Wright, as he was sporting a green beard, in keeping with reports made to police."

Feds target Florida urine test-beating firm

"A Florida man has agreed to plead guilty to selling over the Internet a powdered drink mix he claimed was 100 percent effective in helping truck drivers, pilots, train engineers and others pass federally mandated urine tests to detect drugs. He's charged with conspiracy to sell drug paraphernalia, defrauding the United States and money laundering..."

Bye Bye, Tony!

Drugs are bad, mmmkay! Drug use hurts people! Do something positive instead, go camping or ride a bike... Drug use can cause AIDS! You can get paranoid! You can go to jail! OK, the first one is from Southpark, but the rest can all be read on the website of D.A.R.E. Uniformed police officers explaining to kids in school they should not take drugs. Yes, that kind of stuff. The world I live in strategies like that don't work. Actually they work just the other way around. Luckily the world is changing; marijuana gets more and more accepted and then there's the financial crisis. Here's the first result: Bye Bye, Tony!
